Collaboration is defined as, "the action of working with someone to produce or create something". To this end, the IVC Wind Symphony will present a concert complete in artistic collaboration. Cait Nishimura's hopeful Chasing Sunlight will open the concert. Balmages' serene Rippling Watercolors will be conducted by an IVC Wind Symphony Student Conductor. Steven Bryant's triumphant work, All Stars Are Love for winds and Soprano will feature guest artist Chelsea Chaves. Composer Jennifer Jolley will join the IVC Wind Symphony in a composer residency that will culminate in the performance of her work, Lightway.
